Woo! I love featuring these spoiled swatches. I have a CVS right off the corner of where I live, so I swing by there often and always pick up another bottle to show you guys. I initially swatched three new blue shades for you but as soon as I got to “Deeper Dive”, I had to give it a little bit more attention. Hmmm… Halley’s Comet/Zoya Charla/OPI Catch Me In Your Net/Mineral FX-esque ?? ….

Deeper Dive

“Deeper Dive” is a fleck-packed, highly pigmented blue jelly lacquer that goes opaque in three shades.

Swimming around in that rich blue jelly base looks to be turquoise, blue, green, and gold fleck with shimmer. It almost looks like “a poor man’s” Orly Mineral FX.

See what I mean? They look like they share the exact same base and fleck, only the Spoiled lacquer contains 1/20th of the added particles.

Clearly, they aren’t dupes BUT it’s pretty cool to see a polish with a slightly similar effect at the drugstore for $1.99.

..And of course, I couldn’t feature a Wet N Wild Spoiled Nail Polish without showing you the brush as I always have:

You can see a few stragglers, and as usual it’s a giant mop, but nothing horribly offensive. Just a *little* inconvenient.

I also have to mention this color in particular stains like it’s on a mission from God. “Halley’s Comet” does this as well but not quite to the extent of “Deeper Dive”. Although I did not use a base coat, a base coat and plenty of remover are highly recommended for this one.
