Skittle Rose Manicure

I feel like I haven’t done a full blown skittle mani in ages, so I thought it was high time I did something about it!!
(Sorry for the lack of my usual step by step photos. If I’d done it that way, we’d be here all day!!)

I started off with two coats of OPI Don’t Pretzel my Button on my thumb & pinky fingers, two coats of China Glaze Secret Peri-wink-le on my ring finger, three coats of Sinful Colors Unicorn on my middle finger, and three coats of Sinful Colors Olympia on my index finger. I followed all with one coat of SV.

For my thumb, over OPI Don’t Pretzel my Buttons, I added two coats of Whimsical Ideas by Pam Georgia Peach Fuzz. (Shown in top photo.)

For my index finger, over Sinful Colors Olympia, I used one of my smaller dotting tools with China Glaze Pink-ie Promise and added some widely spread polka dots.

For my middle finger, over Sinful Colors Unicorn, I used striping tape for a tight vertical line patten and added on coat of China Glaze Mimosa’s Before Mani’s.

For my Ring finger, over China Glaze Secret Peri-wink-le, I used my smallest dotting tool with Adore Nail Polish To Have and To Hold and create a widely spread polka dot pattern. Over that, I used my largest dotting tool with China Glaze Life is Rosy to add some randomly placed dots. I used my pointed dotting tool with China Glaze Pink-ie Promise to add a few rose petal details. I used the same pointed dotting tool with Sinful Colors Olympia for some small leaves on the roses.

Finally, for my pinkie finger, over OPI Don’t Pretzel my Buttons, I added two coats of Polish Revolution Summer State of Mind for a bit of a pop glitter. I finished off with one coat of SV.

I had so much fun creating this one! I really hope you all enjoyed it as well!
