Sinful Colors NEON Nail Polish Swatch & Review
Ah, summer. The time when every line offers their own neon shades. That noise that just startled you was my inner superhero shouting Victory..
This post took several hours to photograph due to purple’s absolute defiance in being photographed and all the mockery neon enjoys regarding how incapable most cameras seem to be in capturing their brilliance. I think, after many four letter words (but I admit photographing nail polish all day IS kind of fun…), I was able to accurately bring you two neon shades from the Sinful Colors Professional line.
First up is…
Dream On
2 Coats, 1 Coat Seche Vite
“Dream On” is true to most neon polishes in that it dries matte, dark and pretty “egh”. A single coat of Seche Vite top coat fixed that right up. This color is one of the most vibrant, deep and delicious looking neon purples I have ever seen. I was super impressed with the end result. I was expecting much less from a $1.99 drugstore polish. It should be noted that this is a cool-toned purple; I would describe it as a neon lilac blurple.
Here comes…
24/7
2 Coats, 1 Coat Seche Vite top coat. The above picture is in sun, the picture below is indoors. The third picture is in dim shade.
Again, super impressed by this one. This is the first neon pink I’ve tried that looks highlighter-neon *without* a base coat of white.
*I did not use a white base on either polish in this post*
In fact, I like this polish so much I’ve been wearing it on my toes for the past few weeks. Gasp, that’s an unheard of duration for me.
