Review & Swatch – OPI Neon Revolution
I have the awesome Neon Revolution mini set from OPI for you today!!
Each kit comes with a White Base, three neon shades, and top coat minis.
I started off with two coats of white base, and then applied two coats of the neons, followed by top coat. From top to bottom: Blue It Out of Proportion, Pink Outside the Box, The Time is Pow!, and Don’t Say It – Yellow It!.
The formulas were smooth and easy to apply. They aren’t as streaky as most of the neons I have used, which was a big plus!
