Review: Mavala Sublime Collection Warm Grey

Sadly, the time has come and we are at the end of looking at the gorgeous Sublime Collection from Mavala. I really do think this is one of the nicest polish collections I own, as I do love my autumn colours!

Today I have for you, the soft natural colour of Warm Grey.

Warm Grey is exactly what is says on the tin, a warm grey colour, verging on a beige or milky coffee. It’s the kind of colour I wouldn’t ordinarily buy if I just saw it on the shelf as my mum has always told me that grey washes me out as I’m so pale. So it was nice to have the chance to try something a little different.

I’m not sure the colour completely suited my skin tone (my mum might be right on this occasion) but the colour itself is a really smart colour that would be perfect to wear to work. It reminds me a lot of the outfit my super-stylish mother-in-law wore to our wedding in the summer!

The photos here show three thin coats of polish, but you could probably just do two slightly thicker ones!

Mavala polishes are “7 free from parabens, formaldehydes, toluene, camphor, cellophane, animal ingredients and heavy metal” which makes them completely safe to use on a regular basis without any health worries.

Warm Grey and all of the other polishes in the Sublime Collection are due to be released into stores such as John Lewis or Boots around Mid-November time, which is now so keep your eyes peeled for these wonderful subtle shades selling for only £4.50 each.
