Review: Mavala Sublime Collection Twilight Blue
Morning all! I’ve got a bit of a backlog of posts that I need to get out to you all, so today you get two posts for your reading pleasure!
The first of these is another polish from the Mavala Sublime Collection, the colour Twilight Blue. And really, I couldn’t have thought of a better name I don’t think.
Mavala Sublime Collection Twilight Blue
Twilight Blue is a deep blue polish, verging on a sort of denim colour. It’s a really lovely wintery shade and I can just imagine it used in nail art with little snowflakes painted over the top of it!
When I painted my nails with this colour, I actually spent quite a few minutes just staring at it on my nail, trying to work out if the little flecks of glitter I could see where I figure of my imagination or not. They are so tiny, they are almost impossible to see, but I am convinced that they are there!
These photos show two coats of this polish, and it’s so shiny that I don’t even have a topcoat on!
Mavala polishes are “7 free from parabens, formaldehydes, toluene, camphor, cellophane, animal ingredients and heavy metal”, which is perfect for someone like me who uses nail polish and acetone so much that the effects can be concerning.
Twilight Blue and all of the other polishes in the Sublime Collection are due to be released into stores such as John Lewis or Boots around Mid-November time, which is now so keep your eyes peeled for these wonderful subtle shades selling for only £4.50 each.
