Random Spots Nail Art

I had a little bit of time this morning for a quick mani!

Apply a gorgeous light blue creme

I started off with two coats of Deborah Lippmann Let’s Hear it for the Boy, a gorgeous light blue creme. In my opinion, this is the final word in baby blue perfection.

I didn’t use a top coat over Let’s Hear it for the Boy. It is completely opaque in two coats, and goes on very easily. It almost has a bit of a satiny finish without a top coat!

Randomly placed spots

And then … it started raining, so I was forced to stick with artificial lighting for the remaining photos.
I used my large, medium, and small dotting tools for randomly placed spots with Nicole by OPI All Kendall-ed Up, a pretty bright pink creme.
(I was so annoyed by the arrival of the rain that I forgot to snap a picture of this step.)

Next, I applied two coats of Sparkles Dots n’ Stripes, a clear coat loaded with small and large black and white hex and bar glitters. This is described as being a dupe of the highly sought after Lynnderella Connect the Dots. The application was smooth, but the glitters were often very reluctant to come out of the bottle. I found myself having to close the bottle and shake the heck out of it on every other nail. While that was a tad annoying, I still really like it. I finished with one coat of SV.

While it may have been a quick and simple mani, I really like it! All Kendall-ed Up stands out really well against Let’s Hear it for the Boy, and Dots n’ Stripes gives it that little something extra! I hope you enjoy!
