Nail Stamp in Claw-ripped Leopard Print
Ok. Before we go any further, I want it to be known that I consider this manicure to be a fail. I want to also disclose that I may have unintentionally set it up to fail before I even began, as this is the image I’m least fond of on the whole plate.
This image is the “claw-ripped” leopard from the MLS301 Plate. I imagine it may look cute on nails long enough to feature it in it’s entirety, but mine are nowhere near that long. While most plates seem to offer images too short, MLS301 is the exact opposite! The length of the ripped-leopard stamp is a full inch long.
As you can see in the above pictures, I used it horizontally on my ring finger in an attempt to find some way to make this design work. I’m not sure how to judge it…I simply just don’t like this one very much.
I find myself thinking that if I was someone who didn’t know what it was, I might think it was an attempt at some sort of wooden flame, pepperoni look. WOODEN OCTOPI APPENDAGES.
Any suggestions or ideas are welcome!
