Lime and Pomegranate Nail Art

Morning ladies! It’s Sunday!

What’s better than some bright green and pink powered nails for the weekend…

I’ve never really been a big fan of striping tape.

I’m just too impatient to wait for the base colour to dry properly before applying the tape, and then when I peal it off it ruins the whole manicure.

This time I thought I would give it another go, and use a polish that I know dries very quickly.

Here’s how you can achieve this  Lime and Pomegranate Nail Art

I started by painting my nails with one coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Lickety Split Lime which is an amazing bright lime colour. Literally have never seen a polish this colour before!

Next I stuck down three pieces of striping tape: one down the center of my nail, and one each side of that.

I then used Barry M Pomegranate to paint over the tape and the two spaces I had left tape free!

Finally, I peeled off the tape to leave the awesome stripes behind!

This is such a nice and simple design, if you have the patience!!
