Jewellery Challenge: Friendship Bracelets
SO PRETTY. Look how vibrant and spotty they are!!
As you know, the theme for this week in the She Who Does Nail Art Challenges group is Jewellery. I loved the more elegant Tiffany Box design I did a few days ago, but I thought I would go to the other end of the spectrum and nailify some cheaper jewellery!
When I was in my early teen years I became a little obsessed with making those thread friendship bracelets. I used countless patterns and colours to make different bracelets for all my friends and family. In tribute, I tried to replicate a few different patterns on my nails!
Jewellery Challenge: Friendship Bracelets
This manicure was so simple to do. All you need is a couple of different coloured nail polishes and a dotting tool!
I started with two coats of Barry M Matt White to get a new even base for my bright patterns to go over. I then alternated using Barry M Spring Green, Barry M Block Orange and LA Colors Fun In The Sun with a dotting tool to create the different patterns on my nails. I finished with a Seche Vite topcoat to smooth it all out.
Give it a go! It’s so easy 🙂 I think this is one of my favourite manicures I have done in a long time!
