Dotted Half Moon Nails

I am finally *almost* all caught up on my swatching, and I have seriously been having nail art withdrawals!!! So I had a little spare time this evening, and here’s what I ended up with …

Create you Aqua Color Base

I started off with two coats of OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook, a medium aqua creme. I love how muted this shade is in normal lighting, but really pops in brighter light. I followed it with one coat of SV.

I taped off the tops of my nails and applied one generous coat of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. I really love these two shades together because it really allows you to see the awesome grey undertone that My Boyfriend Scales Walls is famous for.

Put on the Dots

Next, I used my medium dotting tool with Cult Nails Fetish, a wax finish black, to create the polka dot nail pattern or if you have nail stamping plate fun designs that has dot patterns, you can use it.

Add some Glitters

I then used Kiss Silver Glitter to create a sparkly line along the half moon. I finished with one final coat of SV.

I really love the end result. It’s a lot of fun to wear, and Can’t Find My Czechbook makes an awesome pop color!

I am so happy to be back to my nail art! I hope you all enjoyed it!!
